    ORDERS & PAYMENTS

    1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
              Domestic: We accept Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, and COD (with a Rs.100 fee).
              Credit Note: can be used against any order value, either below or above the credit voucher amount.

    2. CAN I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
             Select your country from the menu to shop internationally.
             For countries not listed, please get in touch with the Customer Delight Team at rawzadesign@gmail.com.

    3. CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
             Yes you may, if your order has not been dispatched. Please get in touch with our Customer Delight Team at the
             earliest to change/cancel your order.

    4.CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER?
             Yes, get in touch with the Customer Delight Team for more information on trade discounts.

    SHIPPING & RETURN

    1. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
                You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched.

    2. HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
                We adopt a 15-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all     
                original packaging and tags.
                If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself.

    3. WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY AFTER I RETURN MY ORDER?
                You will get a credit note for the whole amount (COD fee excluded) you paid which is valid for one year.

    4. WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
                It takes 4 quick steps to return a product:
               Step 1: Drop us an email at rawzadesign@gmail.com to request a return.
               Step 2: We will verify your request.
               Step 3: Courier the parcel to this address - H3, RIICO industrial area, Mansrovar, Jaipur 302020
               Step 4: You will receive a credit note for the amount of the style/s returned.

    5.HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
               For domestic orders: 8 to 10 working days.
               Currently we do not accept returns on international orders.

    6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
               Since we only work on a made-to-order model, please understand that we don't keep inventory and your order
               will be made from scratch which can take anywhere between 8-12 working days, with an additional shipping
               time of about 3-4 days.

    SIZING

    1. How i can perfect sizing?

                      Sizing details are mentioned on respective product page for reference. Please check the product page while    

                      placing the order.


    2. What if my size measurements do not match with those in size chart?

                      We do make dresses as per custom size. Please mention your height, bust and wiast size on the product page

                      or mention in "Add a note" on checkout page. You can also write down to us at rawzadesign@gmail.com and

                      we will make the dress fit you perfectly.
