Refund/ Return & Payment Method
Note : Refund is not applicable to any products purchased at Rawza. We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. In case you are not fully satisfied with the product, we provide an easy exchange policy. You can get your product exchanged in simple 3 steps:
Courier the purchased product at below address in the condition it was delivered.Please let us know the product (with equal or higher price than product being returned) you want in exchangeWe will courier the exchanged product at your mentioned address within mentioned delivery period
In case you want to return the product, we have credit note policy. Courier the purchased product at below address. Once the product is received, we will provide you with a credit note with amount equal to order amount of that product which you can utilize to purchase any product from our range of other designs. This credit note is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. Refund is not applicable to any product purchased at Rawza. Also, if once the order is fulfilled, payment fulfillment partners are also not liable for any refund. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Rawza and accept the Rawza's decision regarding the return policy.

1) Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.
2) Return not accepted if customer wants to exchange the dress with different dress (in special cases we deduct a handling and shipping cost for another dress that is 250/- rupees).
3) Return not accepted if customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.
4) Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn
• The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.
• Any product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick ups & the second round shipping is paid by customer as mentioned above.

Points to Note:
• 10-12% color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, so same may differ slightly from the pictures.
• If a product is wrongly delivered to you, please send it back to us as we don't have reverse pick up facility, we will refund your courier charges.
• Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.
• Please do put in the note and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
• Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed, if possible. Else, share these details while placing the exchange request over email
• For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to above terms and conditions.
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
- Online Payment via Credit or Debit We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) You can make the payment once the product reaches you. However, this service is available only in within India.
When you place a cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call before dispatch. Only once the order is confirmed will we dispatch the same. There are 3 ways to confirm the order:
- You will receive an automated call to confirm/cancel the order. In case missed, we will call again the same day or next working day to confirm.
- You can email us at email@example.com with your order number for order confirmation in case of COD.
Please note : If we don't hear from you 7 DAYS after you have placed your order, the order will be cancelled. We won't be dispatching the order unless it is confirmed nor will be block stock for it.
